I get it...But then you need to come up with some seriously amazing marketing idea.. be it mailer piece, or.. well anything different from the norm that will draw attention.But if you are just going to follow the herd, sent a yellow postcard with I want to $BUY$ your house...seriously.. you are winging it.

Picking a % because some stranger at one point "said it" is ABSOLUTELY no reason to adapt them.Look , if you are going to blindly follow the herd you will most likely end up where the herd is.And look around you.

Joe,You can thaw PEX the same way you should thaw any plumbing - with radiant or convection heat (not direct flame).
