Post cards, yellow paper, blue paper, pink paper, heavy paper, hand written, photos of their family, photos of their dog, typed, each had a style. 

If, however, the place is neon pink or a color that only 1 in 1,000 would even stop the car and get out at, then who cares about the appraisal specifically, you might want to repaint/reside just to increase foot traffic and make the place sellable / rentable.

This does not mean BRIGHT HOT PINK.

Some folks use pink or white lined paper with blue ink even.

I have a unit in Augusta Ga with pink and blue tile and a pink cast iron tub.

Also for times when I buy things for multiple properties I identify which property is which by circling amounts in different color pens (e.g. pink and blue) and writing the addresses in those colors.

I have heard about various schemes but never seen anyone really do it.I think if someone is issued a 2% ownership to play this game the knife could cut both ways, this means this renter owner can attend HOA meetings and cast a vote to paint the building pink and even run to be the treasurer of the HOA and assume partial control of HOA funds?
