I wonder what happened to all those offers................the property still is not marked "pended".

market sure is site specific.. bird in the hand though grab your best deal and move on.. there are always more deals for those in the bizz.. its not that hot out our way but we have 17 house's pending in our development all in the last 90 days when the preceding 4 months we sold maybe 3.. 

In fact, there is a pending case before the Georgia Supreme Court regarding the priority of various interested parties to the excess proceeds from tax sales (DLT List v M7VEN).  

This situation is still pending so I don’t know the outcome yet to post it here.

Next ten year growth could be Milwaukee LOL The thing is for median income to still rise linearly, there needs to be industries pending here.

All of them have red arrows with prices coming down, I think one out of 3 pages of listings is pending.  

Admittedly, finding direct comparables has been challenging due to the unique nature of our family's home, but these figures give us a good starting point.I've taken the proactive step of having a property manager conduct an inspection, and preliminary feedback suggests that the renovations required might be relatively minor, pending the final review from the contractor.
