The next phase of my maturation cycle is gaining "on the job experience" in the form of GP participation before attempting to take down a deal by myself. 

So, we may never be able to weed them all out from any of the industries where humans participate.

Don't participate in any program and not expect to put in the work.

I few things to mention..The first is, I'm actually quite proud of this thread. 3 "bad" reviews in 2.5 years of business is a huge success in my opinion as a business owner.

We have proudly built, renovated and turned over close to 100 SFR’s, Duplexes, Triplexes, Quadplexes and housed close to 150 section 8 families and Veterans in Detroit.

I'll buy them and clean them up, but we wont participate in the program.

I regularly temper my opinions because I know many of the big-city BP employees and BP participants have a leftist bent and I'm supposed to be here to help people, not start fights.2.

@Don KonipolI view these trends as both things that people are participating in AND things that are being done to them.Silicon Valley hires the best and brightest to make phones, social media, games and apps addictive. 

Create short videos with links to your website, post relevant content on guest and 3rd party sites and post link back to your website and also participate in forumns like bigger pockets where people can check your website as you are more engaged.A month of consistency with these will get you more results than SEO in my experience.I will be happy to share more and to connect.Stay blessed
