You might want to run DISC profiles on the four of you to see where your top traits overlap.

Two separate MLS's actually overlap in my town (IRES and RE Colorado).

If two, I'd also look for an area where your two markets are separate, but where there can be some overlap for referrals.

I have not been to the Worcester location but go to the Waltham one every month (and being in West Roxbury you should hit that one later this month, not a ton of overlap in the attendants and totally different topics each month).It does sound like you should probably hold off on putting too much effort into looking for a OO multi in MA until you figure out the work situation.

I generally keep my builders risk policy or vacant policy in place while overlapping the landlord policy.  

I'm strictly focused on multifamily acquisition and development so it seems like our paths are overlapping in a couple ways. 

This scenario doesn't seem to overlap with a) normal homeowner's insurance as I'm not living there yet b) landlord insurance (we don't have a contract) or c) flipper insurance (i'm not renovating an empty building.)

Inside that abstract idea, we understand appraised value and market value may overlap but they are not always the same.
