Hi All,My name is Daniel Cruz and I am a super noob and would like to get into real estate investing.I have worked in the nuclear electrical generation industry since 1991 (6 years Navy Nuc Pwr prior to 1991 – submarines) and I am currently a licensed Reactor Operator.

The property is within walking distance (1-2 miles) from the major engineering hub of our area where approx. 3,500 people work, and is also 2 blocks off the highway that another approx. 8K people take to jobs on the Hanford Nuclear Reservation.

a 3/2 2000 sq. footer is going to be more valuable when it's oceanfront than when it's next to a nuclear waste dump.  

So electric whether generated from coal or nuclear will continue to rise in costs. 

The nuclear option worked.

Right when I'm ready (late 2008), bamo, banks (and loans) go nuclear.

It is easier to disarm a thermo-nuclear warhead wearing mittens and welders goggles, doing a keg-stand and whistling the star spangled banner than it is NOT to offend anyone and remain PC in all things at all times. 

I am a Nuclear Engineering graduate student, and while I really love this field I am also looking for a way to become a professional real estate investor.
