I purchased an REO 4-unit that had a single run down boiler and for about $1500 a unit installed NG Rinai wall furnaces in each of the units.

Lat year while my divorce was ongoing , there were several credit cards that we fought over, who should pay what etc etc this resulted in 2 credit cards going late for an extended period.

@Rich Ng and all,I actually came here looking for an answer to the same exact question but a little different circumstance.
