In a mobile home park, most of the value is in the underground infrastructure, roads, landscaping, amenities, pools, fencing, pads, utility pedestals, etc, while only a small portion of the value comes from a building, like a clubhouse or laundry facility.

I have just in the past month added a paragraph stating that the tenant must supply and use mouse traps, cockroach poison, foggers or other pest control products that are readily available in grocery stores and DIY supply stores.

We are looking to have off street parking available at all of our units but a couple of them will require adding a parking pad and will be a significant expense, so I was curious to see how important that will be to guests.
