I think everyone is rooting for Detroit to succeed as a city.. but your right when I was doing bizz there Wayne county was about as dysfunctional as could be.. 200 rehabs since the first of the year is something.. thats averaging 40 a month.. that would take a monster man power operation thats for sure. 

I buy the used courses on ebay and I listen to them over and over and over and over and over again when I'm in my truck on the road  until I know whats going to be said next before they say it.

I don't know of any resources set resources, it reminds me of when I was starting a food truck back in 2012 there wasn't much web presence or resources.

I am not planning on driving the routes - would need to have a manager & dispatcher while having trucks and drivers actually drive the routes and deliver packages.The businesses seem to be quite strong cash-flow-wise but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to get into this business.Would appreciate any feedback on this.Thanks.

For most that have vanilla LLC's were they bought a rental put 20% down and own a few of them to me its over kill.when you move into larger multi million dollar deals then yes I see most folks buying those in separate LLCs.. but have partners who have only one and own HUGE holdings in the one company  shopping centers , MF  industrial tilt ups.. but with monster insurance. 

My advice would be sell the truck, and drive the paid for BMW.

Call a septic company and they will come with their truck, dig down so they can pop the top off, pump it out, and inspect it for you.If you've had contractors in the house, I wouldn't be surprised that things that shouldn't have been flushed were flushed.

There is a lack of new building and with the Tesla semi-truck factory opening next year the pressure on the housing market is only going to increase.
