I think I will replace the counter sink with a vanity with sink, get rid of the medicine cabinet/mirror, with a more modern mirror, get rid of the shower pan, and replace it with something else (suggestions?)

I own a victorian house that was fully gut renovated/modernized 18 years ago.

We purchased the property for $21,000, invested $25,000 in renovations to modernize and enhance its appeal, and sold it for $55,500 on 03/29/2022.

I absolutely love the look of modern horizontal rails/cables. 

My current solution is no longer supported and can’t no longer be installed on a laptop.

Even with a solid biz plan showing we can 3X their revenue just by switching to full-time operation and using modern rev management. 

We also discussed the Modern agent.. who never ever picks up the and says text me and then never calls anyone back ESPECIALLY listing agents  Listing agents dont want buyers they want listings.In addition many brokerages in our market do NOT allow dual representation..
