I am a church going Christain, so I am able to participate in Christian Health Care Ministries.

The biggest thing (though I won't say the best thing) in Redding is Bethel Church is expanding their school of ministry and doing a 96 million dollar expansion.

We will be changing out of our flip-flops here in the desert in favor of winter boots as we get started with our new venture in the snows of November or December.We have been married and in full time church ministry for about 25 years, and have always had some sort of real estate project or involvement on the side... - I worked in the finance industry (banking, accounting, & facilitating 1031 exchanges) - He designed and/or helped build a couple churches - We had a rental property for a few years- We built a log home with our own two hands, chainsawing the doors and windows out of the logs we stacked -- He did the plumbing and I did the electrical, so our joke was that when you flipped the light switch the toilet flushed :) - We've usually lived in a bit of a fixer-upper that we could add some value toOur goals are to flip 4 houses a year in the beginning, doing all cash deals, and then begin to hold some properties as rentals in a few years.I feel intimidated when I listen to the podcasts because I don't have the ability to analyze all the options like the hosts and guests do!

They do 12 month leases & the tenants currently renting have 3 more years of school.I’m buying house from a pastor that leads the Baptist Student Ministry at the college & the tenants are usually students that attend the BSM so they aren’t into partying or doing crazy things at the house he said.

So friends of the family are in the ministry and are in the process of buying a commercial business and using it as a church.  

I am getting into REI in order to have the financial independence to start new ministries and, as my parents will be moving in from Italy to live with me, my wife and three boys, to provide for them all.I'd love to connect with hard-working, honest and ethical folks in the area.

For me to be able to take off of work and really spend time with my family, I will need to be able to set my own schedule.Also, doing ministry in Bryan, has really opened me up to the potential for growth and prosperity in Bryan. 

In the Caribbean, the Dominican Republic is a great example and I know about that one since I have connections in the ministry of tourism.

Here we have Ministry of land, it's a government institution.

My wife and I went through Crown Ministries in the late 90s.
