:) Well, if the planes take off and land from east to west, buying a home that is north or south is not directly in the flight path. 

Anything under 4 is             typically considered a seller's market, while 4 to 6 months of supply is typically considered a balanced market.There are over 100 major cities on this list - I wanted to see how Raleigh and Durham stacked up (and North Carolina overall).

If it's a flip, I'd look at the best flips in the closest mile radius sold in the last 6 months.

But in the South contract for deeds are not liked by the RE attorneies, where up north CFD has state statute validity (which states?).
