Georgia has been seeing consistent net migration into the state for a decade or more.

I foresee it becoming a hotbed for medical professionals and chapel hill residents migrating there for the tax benefits and roi on selling their chapel hill homes and moving there....

I am looking to migrate my portfolio across to a property manager.  

The net migration to Nashville is positive and there are companies moving here and creating jobs.

But the Bay Area migration had barely begun...

Ultimately, Excel was a growth nightmare as I couldn't reasonably train someone else to do the data entry and reporting for me, and migrating from Excel to Quickbooks was a nightmare unto itself. 

The reason for these increases in both appreciation and rents is a massive migration of the middle and lower class from the Bay Area.

I have found crowdfunding to be a far more effective (and passive) alternative to direct RE investing for me in the US, and am migrating my US holdings in that direction. 

I want to capture the migration from Chicagoland to Indiana.
