As I chart this journey, I've been reminded about how important a team with local knowledge, strong property management, and meticulous tenant screening.

I wasn't aware there were specific rules on how to craft a post.

From crafting compelling listing descriptions to leveraging social media platforms effectively, attendees learned how to attract more guests and increase bookings.Revenue Management: Maximizing revenue is crucial for STR success, and attendees gained valuable tips and techniques for optimizing their pricing strategies, such as implementing StayFi to build valuable email lists of potential repeat guests.

The true craft lies in knowing the market inside out, having a Rolodex of connections (wholesalers) to source deals, or going out there, boots on the ground, cold calling property owners to find deals yourself.

Adair Park, Capital View, Oakland City and the Westend....all have alluring homes...cute arts & crafts bungalows...the beltline.....but until something is done about the crime in those area....it will fizzle out again.  

You can enter the real estate market with less money up front if you can use this to make rental revenue and possibly pay for your living expenditures.It is important to employ these tactics with prudence and meticulous research.

If people don't understand what the requirements are and what the risks are and what the options are they cannot craft a scope of work that meets their goals.
