If you don't have a target market, no known buyers in a pool, using the approach mentioned would then be misleading, deceitful, you'd be lying saying you had some partner or a buyer for their house or that you WERE going to buy it, and they will find out later on, so will others.

Your inspection show Penicillin mold vs. black mold.Your neighbor has black mold--not you.If your neighbor had a million dollars sitting on their kitchen table does that mean it's yours too.If you are uncomfortable living there, I'd say sell and find another place to live.Ask to see the neighbors mold report for black mold--they may be lying to you (and to themselves) --a lot of people say a lot of things that are not true.Good Luck!

You can also get some "vibes" from people as to whether or not they may be lying, then dig into their applications to find out if that's the case.

Unfortunately, what these courses are doing to people seems to belie that sense of confidence and trust.Pressuring people to get their students to raise their credit limits so they can then turn around and max out their credit cards and put themselves in serious financial peril for for the sake of education seems to contradict anything and everything the original Rich Dad series had to say about "Financial IQ."
