Hospitals will have to change more for procedures to makeup for the $ they lose for the folks who don’t pay their debts.

I foresee that we are at the point where we need to really hone in our processes and procedures, so that we can scale well because we have just sort of been shooting from the hip.

That has since been extended until September 1st with no clear indication of processes or procedures or potential issuance. 

It needs to be a certain speed, certain smoothness to your due diligence and underwriting procedure, you really shouldn’t get too much into the weeds, especially when calculating monthly costs.  

We have lost not one property.While the foreclosure process in Texas is short compared to other states, the notice procedure and advanced notice by the mortgage companies has been extensive. 

While the procedure will be the same for my Zelle payers, the limited locations of the community bank will be less convenient for tenants who pay with money orders.

Do you have policies and procedures in place to nip problems in the bud? 

I recommend you read some books about how to manage properties well, use a strong contract, know that contract inside/out, know your state law inside/out, build policies and procedures to catch and stop problems quickly, know how to screen and select good applicants, etc.An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
