They will accept about 1 out of every 15 to 20 offers.I have also gotten private lenders to lend on the property, but they usually want 8% to 10% on their money.

Also consider that green energy is not universally accepted.

But it looks like we might have to accept that rates will be much closer to 7%. 

You never know what a seller is going to accept until you ask!

@Olutomi Odukoya Has your property management company suggested anything like posting to Zillow and highlighting voucher acceptance?

And does his bank accept it? 

I found several lots but my offers were never accepted.

@Ricardo Matos yes, i think they are still processing the applications that were in progress, but not accepting new ones.
