As far as hiring the other trades, this can be difficult from a distance, who is helping locally?

My goal is to build a strong network, exchange insights, and work with professionals in the local market.

Can you do this where you are or do you need to look out of your local area? 

Otherwise, just go through all the local/regional banks.   

DSCR recently came popular in the loan brokerage and private credit space with the rise of STRs and MTRs.Your local bank lenders will have the best rates typically.
