Hello @Nancy Chawla,You will still need a 1031 exchange for the half of the home that has not been treated as your primary residence.

I just watched a Youtube video of a lady who bought a House on the East side of Florida and when she received the updated Property Tax bill that tripled, she put the house up for sale and is moving back to North Carolina.

Had one lady that asked for a payment plan with 1/2 down booking direct.

The other thing is, how come this lady is getting bookings at higher prices for the off season and you can't?
