Any issues I should be aware of with the integrity or accuracy of the data?

Out here in CA I'm always interested in seeing the cost differential between our vertically integrated developer clients, and a retail build-out developer clients.

Otherwise, it messes everything up with integration of software, and I would hope the PM you're hiring uses them.

Is it feasible....if the structural integrity of the house is maintained, are there other issues to consider. 

As someone who started buying with buy and holds back in 2005 and didn’t start wholesaling until 2013 I believe wholesalers who operate in integrity and with character bring a lot of value to sellers and buyers in the market.however Having the resources to be able to close  on deals and then if we want wholesale them has been invaluable to our business.

Having worked with institutional investors in the past, they often WANT vertical integration.  

I've setup new listings and integrations with Hospitable, Schlage, Pricelabs and other services.

Some of the things you have described sounded like the structural integrity of the home could be compromised so it might be more then cosmetic things.
