@David Pere This is going to sound a little corny but I think what makes a lot of military real estate investors successful is the less tangible traits that the military instills in us.

Does this at all sound like in still on track or just chasing pie in the sky?

In another association where we own two,  they are now limiting it to 25% but we were grandfathered in.  Still

The 30 day and 60 day deadlines are to instill a sense of urgency.
