I'm overgeneralizing here, but rentals are about building wealth slowly, while wholesale deals will never make you rich but will give you an infusion of cash.  

Units are in rentable condition, but all could use a cash infusion so the opportunity for limited forced appreciation is there; capped by market valuations for the area.Does this look like a deal you would do?

This was incredibly frustrating, especially noting how much cash I had infused into the local market when it was still rebuilding and then the local market didn't want me to be able to borrow/attach LOC on those properties because I wasn't local.  

We can't get coverage here on knob/tube & screw in fuse panels are a nightmare.

Unlike the others where my main strategy to buy and hold, this one I will flip to get a cash infusion.

The closets will be full of nicotine-infused clothes, and the rooms will be full of nicotine-infused people. 

I'm curious whether or not the technology of today will eventually be infused with our contractors and subcontractors and the life work on a project that allows people potential buyers to see what a house would look like given certain options on floor plans to just be with ditions or adding certain cabinets or colors in a virtual reality type of setting.
