Once you've removed as much of the infected material as possible and cleaned & sealed the rest I've had good luck running an ozone generator to remove any lingering odors.

While you can infect someone, you cannot inject someone.Keep your passion and she may catch on to it.

The real issue with that kind of property is that everything is scalable -- if you have efficiencies they can be carried to other units, or, if one unit gets infected with bugs likely many more will become infested, too.

Mold had grown on the ceiling space inside a closet on the first floor and the whole dry wall and part of the ceiling infected had to be ripped out and re mediated.

My properties are in low C'class neighborhoods that many would call D'class.But I rent primarily to health care facility workers who are well-educated in infection control and are flat-out paranoid about bringing home health-care-facility superbugs to their families.

I also consciously weed out the crap that tries to infect our minds on a daily basis.
