Also, she couldnt be home for the cable man to set her cable and internet and she asked me to be there for her.As I mentioned before, she is a great tenant.

My best that I expect beat virtually all non commercial residential is over $20k/month- incredible rent growth.  

I have luckily not had to contact them often but when I have, they have been incredibly helpful (every now and again I get someone that doesn't know what they are doing but no more so than any other call center I call).
