Hold them in storage for your next project if they are neutral and you can buy more of same at later date.Donate to home restore or habitat for humanity type org.Sell left over flooring or unopened paint on craigslist.

But I've found Craigslist and Habitat ReStore to be excellent sources to get nice stuff for cheap.

Habitat for Humanity by my house has a ton as well, but it varies.

I used $600 used cabinets from Habitat for Humanity, $1/sf tile on the floor but the granite is what sold it.

In general, I'm interested in low-moderate risk RE investing and don't mind doing the grunt work (I enjoy Habitat for Humanity builds and hands-on projects).  

My wife and I recently inherited a 1200 square feet home. the home was built six years ago by Habitat for Humanity for my wife's sister and her husband who were both disabled and have both passed away.

I would probably donate them to Habitat for Humanity and get a tax writeoff.

Here, I've had a literacy council, habitat for humanity, a ham radio club, an RV club, a senior citizen organization, an organization for kids with disabilities and a cycling club.
