I also recommend that you attend some local real estate investment meetup groups.

Would love to hear any experiences with this type of strategy if you do a search in the group, you will find a lot of information.

Join local Facebook groups in surrounding markets, and you will get more insight into other investors' experiences. 

We share values, ideas and investment opportunities (modeling groups like Tiger 21 and David Phelps’ Freedom Founders Mastermind).

But joining a good Mentor and Networking group can be advantageous if you are missing any of the needed components. 

You can also find real estate investing groups through meetup.com, Facebook, or a Google search.

Another option is joining real estate groups on Facebook or LinkedIn.
