Hi @Norbin Cruz The spray foam is a great idea(as long as it’s not so tight that moisture can’t escape the house.)

i thought it would be a cool look, but obviously, moisture could be an issue. 

At each turnover, we replace applicances with new or very gently used nicer appliances.

We live within a mile of the beach, so moisture and mold can be a problem.

Is there a foundation issue which is causing the water/moisture mold?

As a buy and hold investor, I don't like them as they get wrapped up eventually due to moisture/water.
