Biggest wealth generators I personally see or those i personally know that most would consider wealthy are those that built a business and sold it ..

While they cash flow, we've realized we're over-leveraged and want to take a different approach.Our plan is to purchase our first investment property in Indiana, possibly paying cash, with the goal of generating reliable income.

To remedy this for next time I am in the process of creating a design board that can be used as a base for future flips.

Then I sit down with a spreadsheet and analyze all parcels for an area and generate a list of target properties right from my computer.

My concern is whether I’d then be locked into only larger deals in the future.

The frameworks others have presented of viewing the site as a lead-generation tool where you, as the host, are handling all the payment processing and screening is pretty accurate.
