Good afternoon @Joseph Daniel Fuller The FHA loan--much like the VA loan--is a primary residence mortgage product.

What I read here is a lot of people lashing out because it isn't easy for them, or it has not worked for them, or not working how they would like it to, well maybe ask WHY is it not working vs blaming the strategy, are you correctly deploying it?

My self I have been self employed my entire life basically.. starting with Fuller Brush at 14  real estate sales at 18 so I know nothing else..

There's a lot more questions that you can ask/answer to help get a fuller picture but you're getting your feet wet by analyzing the deal and asking questions, so keep digging for answers and good luck!
