Unfortunately, my rental has been more of a tax write off this year because of some poor construction chickens coming to roost.

Later that day, I asked him to help me feed the rabbit and chickens that we raise.

Call me a chicken, but I'll share that even when I currently have the capital to try things like buying with cash to BRRR or fix/flip, its honestly hard for me due to different variables in my personal life.
