I wish you all good fortune!

I retired from a corporate real estate gig at a Fortune 500 so I've dealt with many professionals through the years. 

The fortune is in the follow up!

I was very fortunate to come across this home through a family friend.

This takes time to work but after decades you will have made a fortune.

My passion lies in real estate investment, and I am currently working on becoming a successful real estate investor in the Halifax/HRM area.Growing up, I was fortunate enough to learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry from my father, who owned and managed 65 units.

Fortunately it worked out but it took about an hour to hear back.I realized then I want to know when I book something that I got the booking at that moment.  

It might not always be financial, but a heartfelt "thank you" from someone less fortunate can be incredibly meaningful.Remember, something is always better than nothing, and this is a wonderful opportunity to give back to the community!

I have been very fortunate to find a local bank that was enthusiastic about learning more.

We also had the good fortune of quality labor for really good prices due to a family connection so our rehab costs were a touch lower than average.
