I would take the home confinement too.....sit around and watch football and drink beer.

Florida ....and the population of Canada is a lot more than FL.Vaccination is fortunately not as much of a political football here and people actually understand science so I expect that there will be some very vocal people groaning but most people will welcome the chance to show their love for their elders and neighbours...Canada definitely has a lot of warts (a la native Americans) but being pro life is definitely not one of our warts :-) 

I have two realtors in my family so I can get information really quickly on properties, I worked on my family’s rentals for about 5 or so years, I’m pretty good with Microsoft office, I found a five unit apartment in a desirable area originally to wholesale but I want to acquire it after analyzing it a little more, and I’m just a hungry young man willing to work I used to play football on the college level so I’m looking to bring my work ethic developed over the years to real estate investing.

I grew up in an SEC football town and toyed with the idea of doing an STR there before, but it ultimately made more sense to go with a true, mature, vacation rental market.

Attend fundraisers, raffles, bowling, dart, softball leagues.

The Chiefs have an extremely bright future with their current football team.

As an LA native, I see lots of potential in this region with the new football and basketball stadiums + lots of new Chipotle/Five Guys-esque restaurants popping up.

& buy up STRs in the south bc that’s where the big money is made.Bottom line, to kill it in STR, you need places that will be occupied 10, 11, 12 months a year - not just home football weekends, graduation wknd & maybe a few other wknds.

Lol, they only cheat in football and baseball, real estate is totally legit??
