Pancakes are for flipping😬 

We've even eaten pancakes together on International Pancake Day :) But no direct experience with their properties to give a first-hand account.

The fluffy trite presentation of the stuff as presented misleads a lot of newbies.

If I use carpet, it's a more "commercial" looking carpet...not the nice fluffy stuff.

After it’s buffed up, resurrected “Nothing to See Here” wash You would have thought the exponential sound barrier cascade glass cleaning solution cleaned it right through to transparent sparkling a glimmering shine as the sun itself had come down and wistfully made everything with complete cloud cover nice and fluffy and all actual court referenced docket events blaring a sound horn before was a figment of imagination.

They even have Latchel, to which I have not used, nor will not, as I am more concerned about basic landlord responsibilities over fluffy useless third party crap-ola.

@Muki Naseer If it's not small, fluffy and can comfortably fit on your lap, chances are the insurance carrier will not like it.

They are summer weight so I do provide fluffy comforters in the closets for spring and fall guests.Now, for sheets, I am all in on 70/30 cotton/poly blend in a percale weave.
