Hi, Knowing that some positions can only be fulfilled by being on the property, what other positions can be fulfilled remotely (say in Mexico) to save some costs (either that or hire people in  LA, which I always try to avoid).

My husband bought a starter home in Richland, WA in 2020 for $250k and since then we have moved to New Mexico.

It gives both the owner and the tenant an opportunity to meet.Landlord laws are different in every state, so anything I say is based on my experience in New Mexico. 

They use the word like "Communist China" and "marijuana trades" a lot ;-) LOL However, since there're lot of restrictions for import from China and made-in-China product is flowing from Mexico route these days, these regulations are "understandable". 

However, I'm not sure that many people would feel safe to stay and spend even a single night in Mexico in that kind of place in the middle of nowhere, especially in such a "light" structure.
