I added a gas fireplace and installed vinyl siding.

  #4 Living room fire place is one of them for safety issue. 

There is a jut out wall where the fireplace is, and I am considering painting it black or dark grey (and the rest of the walls white).

We have a gas furnace, but in the winter we find a good electric tower fan space heater and the rigs electric fireplace keep us more than comfortable.

Outdoor fireplace 4. 

We have beautiful laminate floors, new carpets, fresh paint, newly painted cabinets, french patio doors, granite counter tops, spacious closets with organizers, light fixtures throughout including for dressing area, fans, fireplace, new vanity, pedestal sink.

We are looking for insight regarding calculating depreciation/wear/repair costs of common use items (refrigerator, freezer, W/D, gas fireplace, A/C, furnace, oven, stove, dishwasher, water heater, water softener, etc.).  

On the other hand we've discovered two old fireplaces hidden in the walls doing this.
