Like the 400 agents mentioned above.Or doing Toast masters, starting small and adding incremental challenges, until you get past you can see the end of the tunnel to where you keep moving forward because there has to be an end to the tunnel, overcoming Male/Female interaction, scaling to where you realize they are only zeroes same story, getting a team around you for your shortcomings.
