@Kayenta Saucier - I wouldn't say it is a great deal or a bad deal.A lot of us still try to use the following equation.Maximum offer = ARV * 0.7 - repair costs.  

(I would not offer one as an investment either.)

Propwire doesnt make it clear they even offer this document but if they do there data is also at least 12 days behind the county records and provides only a fraction of what is available from the county.

Honestly, it offers more features than some of the big-name PMSs out there.
