I actually list a fine amount in the lease if the tenant refuses me entrance.

The inspector pointed out multiple items but I am stuck to take a decision on two things specifically:(1) The side entrance is missing flashing over the awning.

Even if there is a lot of room for growth, there might be a high entrance barrier.
