@Allen Masry to echo everyone’s sentiments here, be patient, educate yourself because as quick as that money comes, it could go away just as quick if you make hasty decisions, especially on people giving advice on Internet forums like these.That being said, settlements take much longer to come in than you might think.  

Some operators really need better training and education and drag down the great operators who are doing it right and offer a great service and product.

the company is Tax Auction Investors and seminar solutions...i think from my research on videos etc that was or is thecompany they started as thier education company 

 just start generating leads and start talking to people and when you’re not doing that educate yourself also hire a mentor just basically get active..

EDUCATE YOURSELF - yes, it will take time, but will lead to a selection that better meets your expectations & avoids potentially costly surprises!

If not, then you are not ready and you need more education/mentoring.Good Luck - You can do this!

It definitely takes discipline, a growth mindset, and educating yourself but you can certainly do it!

And then at the event they upsold them other educations and once they sold everything they could sell..

But if you see the value in investing money into your own personal education, then maybe this could be a good fit for you.

Hang out with others that are doing what you want to do and invest your $25-$50,000 in real estate vs education.
