I'm using my workout time to educate myself daily and feel overwhelmed, but excited to get going.

This initial conversation before the owner has a property can be very educational especially if the owner is out of state or has never been to our city.

Investment product marketers who claim to be GPs, GPs who claim “ownership”, insurance salesman who claim to be “financial advisors”, people who attended an executive training program claiming to have an MBA, what ever happened to honesty?  

A lot of agents don't want to have to educate someone who is broke and has dreams of financial freedom through real estate just to find out you can't buy.

I've obsessively been listening to every podcast episode I can, reading all the books, and signing up for any and every workshop and educational seminar.

Probably less time spent too and more educated borrowers over a wholesaler.YUP  .. 

 just start generating leads and start talking to people and when you’re not doing that educate yourself also hire a mentor just basically get active..

Nearly all the investors I work with need to be re-educated about expectations.

Educating yourself on how to offer 5-star remote management would be ideal as well!
