Hi Can anyone recommend a CPA who specializes in Income Properties and if possible food ecommerce business.  

Hello Everyone, Hope you all have wonderful holiday, I have e-commerce business but i really want to invest in my profits/money in real-estate to get solid cash flow.

I also run a couple of e-commerce businesses. 

Rate was 3.99% for first 12 months when I opened it and after is at 2.75% + prime, which is 3.25% currently for a total 6% rate.I was able to get this line of credit because I deposit rents each month into wells business accounts as well as my Amazon Ecommerce store.  

Like I said, I have my rental property bringing in income, I have an ecommerce business that I started a few months back which makes about $2k in sales per month, and I also get a disability check for $880 each month from the VA. 

There are all sorts of ecommerce tools and resources out there, so while I'll need to do some research to figure out which approach is the best for this specific use case, I'm inclined to believe that can be done.

Out of high-school in 2011 I created a e commerce business with my cousin and wound up being able to live off of it for two years in Barcelona.

I began experimenting with entrepreneurial world about a two years ago and I have had a bit of experience in Muti-level Marketing, crypto-currencies, and most recently Ecommerce through a Ebay store. 

I'm in the process of closing on selling an e-commerce business I started and am really excited to reinvest in rental properties in the metro Atlanta area.
