Time For A Change. Creating A Sustainable Future...

Hi BP, 

My name is Blake.

As I'm writing this I'm nervous, excited and above all else ready to start a change of pace in my life and the circumstances I've been in for the past 25 years. Until now I've been working which at one time I thought was my dream job ( static job ) something really that has gotten me nowhere. I do not have any kind of savings and I'm embarking on a new path that will and sustain a profitable future for myself and one day family.  

About Me:

Based out of Atlanta I've created opportunities for myself always and took them. Out of high-school in 2011 I created a e commerce business with my cousin and wound up being able to live off of it for two years in Barcelona. From there I moved back to Atlanta and went to work for a web development agency. From there I left that and started shooting and directing music videos for Big Music Artist still getting me nowhere though. I have drive, motivation and ambition but what I want more than anything is change. All of my previous pursuits although exciting and passionate have not yielded me any sort of real sustainable value. I'm reaching out for advice and things to think about in seriously considering for a future in this space. I've watched several influencer Videos in the space and really want to start something new. 

Circumstances:

My circumstances are not favorable but not horrible. Being a person of varying interest I've been able to connect and establish some very interesting relationships from Commercial Real estate personalities, Accredited Investors, Lawyers and others. I feel possibly that some of the valued relationships I have could truly change around my circumstances and greatly effect the success of this new business I'm looking to dive into. 

POA:

Right now the plan is to really learn. Eventually I'm wanting to establish a GP/LP LLC with a partner or partners that are accredited investor thats focus on multifamily but more than anything I want to learn. From there approach a few people in my active network and get some thoughts on possibly opportunities together. In harmony with those things I'm going to go out to properties and just start looking, connecting with brokers and establishing relationships which to what I am aware of is my biggest strong suit. I'm really excited about the community from BP and will be here reading a lot.
