+I've researched something called an FHA Construction loan in terms of financing this project, but it seems that most large banks don't offer that product.

That’s less about the numbers and more about developing a niche and understanding your product.

The truth is, over the last few years, many of these people are barely cashflowing at all and the default rate with the banks on this product is skyrocketing.
