In my market it's a mixed bag currently: we still have very low inventory in the entry-level price bands (under $1M) where we are still seeing multiple offers above-ask on any reasonably-priced listing that's in decent condition (I saw one go over-ask by $500k last week with 18 offers!)

For paper products I provide 2 rolls of paper towels, a small roll of trash bags, and a 4-pack of toilet paper.

While they look great, in reality, dust & dirt settles into every crack and crevice, so its right in front of your eye.

Unemployment and wage levels will be a mixed bag.

Problems are handled two ways so that the “weaker” party to the transaction does not end up “holding the bag”.  

I had a ppm years ago we never launched.. my X partner just dusted it off the shelf and never removed my name..

Maybe once the dust settles I'll take the plunge. 

I won't be another grown man's emotional punching bag for any amount of money.
