He charged me to buy all the tools also, pliers, tube cutter, plumbers tape, ect...How would you handle this?

Pedro, I doubt anyone can really answer this, it's simply to vague, like asking how viable is it for a new fisherman to use a canoe, a john boat, or runabout, maybe  cutter. 

I just pray that the true entrepreneurs want nothing to do with cookie-cutter franchised MLM companies anyways and want the hard work and struggle that comes with actual value creation.  

I always thought N MH would be a good rental market- solid neighborhoods with cookie cutter brick ranches.

Every transaction is different and unique, it is not a cookie cutter process.

Checking with the departments one by one for each land listing that looks promising seems very inefficient.Regarding costs, i hear build costs of containers vs stick built being similar, but I had wondered if that is taking all aspects into consideration like build time, foundation and site prep requirements, etc. yes, steel cutters and welders are a special trade but the structure can arrive pre-built and potentially just sit on concrete pier foundations if the soil and zoning allows.

Back in the 60s zoning regs and cookie cutter building really kicked in.

With the proper equipment (and a handheld glass cutter and a straightedge are not considered "proper equipment"), cutting the glass is a piece of cake.

I keep seeing books on amazon but I do want to hear the graceful opinions of the people here and not from rigged reviewers.
