Recently, there was a smaller exchange in the news that had loans on a coin that was crashing.

It prevents me from transferring money to my crypto exchanges and I end up wiring money, which gets expensive.

There are two sides to that coin. 

We coined the term, "Ring Cities", which is all the cities that touch the City of Detroit.

I read several ways to get cash like using plastiq(they wont allow you to do wire transfer especially to yourself or person to person) , venmo(cash app but limited) buy gold and sell cash for cash or even buying crypto and selling for cash but thats alot of fees which is a bad idea. 

I know the general basics of the market, the business model, etc, but I was hoping to take my knowledge to the next level.My biggest goal right now is to own a rental property before I graduate college (currently a junior in high school).For context, I love reading books about investing and personal finance (I have a very solid foundation of knowledge built up) and I currently have a portfolio of about 11k between stocks and crypto. 

I would not invest it in anything crazy (like crypto) - preservation of capital would be my #1 priority. 

If I added a 3rd bathroom no one would ever know any better because my house had a CO in 1967 , it doesnt ever need another .Sounds like your towns are police states , why would you let someone in to search your house for extra bathrooms or bedrooms . 

But on the other side of this coin I have no sympathy for people who move in to units that aren't glowing in radiant splendor perfect, and complain about it.

I am currently working with Rent-to-Retirement to pick-up 2-4 properties this year and grow from there with RTR and other opportunities.My only other investment income comes from my crypto mining business.
