You need to be very careful about who you hire, because if they know you are an absent owner there are many who will seek to take advantage of the fact.I would try to find a trustworthy management team with foreign owner reviews/testimonials.If Italy is a top contender, my husband and I also help foreign investors by being "on the ground".

(Which is why I keep saying values are not arbitrary or something you peg just because you think you can dig more money out of someone)Misleading the nature of the interest in the land or property.......The "interest" is ownership interests, not disclosing your position in a transaction misleads other parties.I also contend that leading a seller to believe you're buying a property when you have no intention of buying is a clear deception.Again, the price.
