Hi BP,

So I did a little scouting through my neighborhood and have around 400 addresses. I sent out my first batch of marketing and did received a call from one of the prospective seller. We talked and what she expecting to sell her home for is way out of my price range so I told her to keep my contact just in case she need to sell her property quickly in the future. Now what should I do during my next direct mail marketing campaign? How long should I wait until I send her more postcard/letter? Also, what kind of wording should I use?

Thanks for any tips.
