    I don't post a ton on here, but wanted to start posting more in an effort to share, network and learn.

Its all a learning process. if they can continue to pivot and make adjustments, when necessary, they will do wonderful.

He didn't learn Sub-To and other tricks until he was more experienced, and he had the money to pour into it and absorb mistakes.
