The reason other markets don’t cash flow is because the values have doubled, triple, or quadrupled in the last 10 years. 

However, I’m working on a way to get “reason for visit” and where they’re traveling.

I'd like to know because if they select them as they are entered into their database, right after filing, then there is another good reason to always extend and file on the last day.
